MedScoreMax – Return and Refund Policy

At MedScoreMax, we strive to provide high-quality, authentic exam preparation materials. Due to the digital nature of our products, we enforce a strict return and refund policy to protect the integrity and exclusivity of our content.

Digital Product Policy

All products sold on MedScoreMax — including but not limited to shelf exam packages, real/actual exam forms, and clinical question sets — are non-refundable and non-returnable once the purchase is completed.

No Refunds After Purchase

  • Once you complete your purchase and gain access to the exam content, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • This policy is in place because our materials are digital, instantly accessible, and non-revocable once delivered.

Exception Handling

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare situations:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same package more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

  • Technical Access Issues: If you are unable to access the product due to a verified technical error on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, a full or partial refund may be considered.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at support@medscoremax.com within 48 hours of your purchase, including your order number and a detailed explanation.

Unauthorized Sharing or Use

  • All exam materials are for individual use only.

  • Unauthorized distribution, copying, or resale of MedScoreMax materials will result in account termination and legal action. No refunds will be granted in such cases.
