At MedScoreMax, we strive to provide high-quality, authentic exam preparation materials. Due to the digital nature of our products, we enforce a strict return and refund policy to protect the integrity and exclusivity of our content.
Digital Product Policy
All products sold on MedScoreMax — including but not limited to shelf exam packages, real/actual exam forms, and clinical question sets — are non-refundable and non-returnable once the purchase is completed.
No Refunds After Purchase

Once you complete your purchase and gain access to the exam content, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy is in place because our materials are digital, instantly accessible, and non-revocable once delivered.
Exception Handling
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare situations:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same package more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

Technical Access Issues: If you are unable to access the product due to a verified technical error on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, a full or partial refund may be considered.

Unauthorized Sharing or Use

Unauthorized distribution, copying, or resale of MedScoreMax materials will result in account termination and legal action. No refunds will be granted in such cases.
